Perfection Chocolates and Sweets was established by the Kapos family in Sydney in Rose Bay in 1939. From the outset, the Kapos family specialised in quality hand-made chocolates, designed for the local market and inspired from their European heritage. Using a combination of the finest ingredients and traditional knowledge, the chocolates brought a touch of European sophistication and luxury to Sydney.      Perfection Chocolates is still a Sydney-based, family-owned business. Passed on to Spiro & Mary Kapos in the 1970s, their son John and his wife Eva are now proud to continue the tradition and bring quality hand-made chocolates and confectionery to Sydney. The family's traditional know-how and many years of blending, innovation and sampling have gone into the chocolates that Perfection Chocolates produces today.
